Terms”) govern your access to and use of the
PetCare Vault mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “
Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Who we are (Service Provider)The Services are operated by:

3) The Service (What PetCare Vault does)PetCare Vault helps users store, manage, and share pet-related information such as pet profiles, vaccination records, documents, photos, reminders, and other pet-care details.
Important: PetCare Vault is an information-management tool and
does not provide veterinary, medical, or emergency advice.
4) Medical Disclaimer (Not veterinary advice)The Services are provided for informational and organisational purposes only. We are not a veterinary clinic and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.Always seek advice from a qualified veterinarian regarding your pet’s health. If you believe your pet has an emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
5) Your account and responsibilitiesWhen you create an account, you agree to:provide accurate informationkeep your login details securepromptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised accessbe responsible for all activity under your accountWe may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.
6) User content (Your uploads and records)You may upload content such as documents, photos, reminders, and pet health records (“
User Content”). You:retain ownership of your User Contentare responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload itagree not to upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive contentLicence you give us (to operate the Service)You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, and display your User Content
only as needed to provide and improve the Services (for example, showing your uploaded vaccination record inside your account).
7) Prohibited useYou must not:use the Services for unlawful purposesattempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Servicesupload malware or malicious codeinterfere with other users’ access or securitymisuse sharing features to access data you don’t have permission to viewimpersonate any person or entityviolate intellectual property rights of others
8) Subscription, free trial, billing, and renewalsPetCare Vault may offer a
30-day free trial and then paid subscription options such as
$9/month or
$99/year (prices may vary by platform, region, taxes, or app store rules).PaymentsPayments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe or other providers). Your purchase is subject to the provider’s terms and billing processes.RenewalSubscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date (as managed through your app store or payment provider account settings).CancellationYou can cancel your subscription through the platform where you subscribed (e.g., Apple/Google account settings). Cancellation stops future billing but may not refund the current billing period unless required by law or platform policies.
9) RefundsRefunds are handled according to:the app store’s refund policies (if purchased via Apple/Google), and/orany applicable consumer laws in Australia/New ZealandIf you believe you were charged in error, contact us at

10) PrivacyYour use of the Services is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11) Intellectual propertyThe Services, including all software, design, branding, and content (excluding your User Content), are owned by Jadugar Design Studio Australia/New Zealand or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless we give you written permission.
12) Availability and changes to the ServiceWe aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:modify or discontinue featuresupdate the app/websiteperform maintenancesuspend access for security or legal reasons
13) TerminationYou may stop using the Services at any time.We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or comply with law.Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Some sections (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply.
14) DisclaimersTo the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “
as is” and “
as available.” We do not warrant that:the Services will always be error-free or uninterruptedrecords/reminders will always be delivered on time (delivery can be affected by device settings, internet connectivity, OS restrictions, etc.)stored information will be accurate (you control what you enter)
15) Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damageswe are not liable for loss of data, profits, revenue, or businessour total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services in the
3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or a minimum amount required by law)Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
16) IndemnityYou agree to indemnify us from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:your misuse of the Servicesyour User Contentyour breach of these Termsyour violation of any law or third-party rights
17) Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the laws of
Victoria, Australia, unless mandatory local laws require otherwise. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
18) Updates to these TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app and/or on our website with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
